Submitting a Ticket
A submitted ticket is required to initiate IT support.
If you are in need of hardware or software support and want to submit a support ticket, please contact your Program's Administrative Staff (Administrative Assistant, Assistant Director, or Director) with the following details and a member of IT will work to get your problem resolved:
- Name and Program
- Room Number and/or Phone Extension Number
- Device Type
- Asset Tag or Serial Number
- Describe the issue you are experiencing
