Welcome to Rockdale Recovery
High School
Working together to create an educational environment in the spirit of mutual respect, personal responsibility and community service.
Rockdale High School opened for our sixth year on September 14, 2020.
School hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Maximum enrollment is 50 students.
Rockdale Recovery High School (RRHS) is dedicated to educating high school aged students grades 9-12 who are recovering from substance misuse in a recovery-focused academic environment. Students receive a structured and predictable environment with low student-staff ratio, education provided by content-area certified teachers, and recovery specific supports including clinical/case management services, individual counseling, group counseling, and integration of community self-help resources. We work collaboratively with schools, DCF, DYS, probation, courts, police departments, therapists, doctors and other collateral agencies to support each student.
