Hartwell Learning Center
The Hartwell Learning Center (HLC) is a highly structured, therapeutic day school program for students in grades K through 6. Our small classroom size, low student-to-staff ratios, and our school-wide positive behavior supports and interventions allow us to maintain the highest educational standards while addressing the individual needs of our students. School-based individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention programs compliment our focused academic instruction. Through our Therapeutic Support Program, Adapted Learning Program and 45-Day Assessment Center we focus on improving academic, social/emotional, and coping skills while providing our students with a safe, consistent, and positive learning environment in which they can grow and succeed.
